Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns for any reason other than the following:
• The product is found to be damaged during shipping.
• The product is expired at the time of delivery.
To request a return based on the above exceptions:
• You must provide a full unboxing video of the received product taken in its original packaging and condition immediately upon delivery.
• The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Return requests without clear video evidence or reported beyond 48 hours from delivery will not be entertained.
If your return is approved:
• We will either issue a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned product and confirming the claim.
• No returns or refunds will be processed for products that are opened, used, or not accompanied by proper video evidence.
• This policy is drafted in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
